The Connected Travel Assist function significantly enhances the standard Travel Assist, particularly in situations where the central road lane markings are not clearly defined or completely absent. Your CUPRA utilises its location to download available "Swarm Data", information gathered from other connected cars that have recently travelled that same road.
● Enhanced Comfort: This system automatically assists by holding the vehicle in the lane, maintaining a set speed and distance from the car ahead.
● Safety & Reliability: By using “Swarm Data”, your CUPRA localises itself better on the navigation map, allowing it to perform more precise and reliable driving manoeuvres.
● Intuitive Lane Assist: When the Connected Travel Assist is active in areas without clear markings, a distinctive line of triangles is displayed on the Cockpit, visually indicating that the lane boundary is being created using external data.
